Nicki and her brother Lee went shopping to buy supplies for their cat. Lee contributed $5.00. Nicki brought all the money she'd earned that week to cover the rest of the cost.
They bought 3 bags of litter, 10 cans of cat food, and 2 bags of cat treats.
They returned a hamster exercise wheel and got a credit of $5.69 to help pay for the cat supplies.
After they made their purchases, they had $2.74 left.
